Kansas City, and Missouri as a whole, have quickly become the midwest’s leader in solar energy.  There are over 50,000 homes with solar statewide, and with costs falling 53% over the last decade, it’s easy to see why.  With new programs and government incentives, homeowners are saving thousands of dollars on their solar systems, as they save money monthly and make the world a greener place.

Kansas City has some of the highest electric costs in the country.  Once solar panels are installed and their house is producing its own clean energy, homeowners will pay a fraction of the cost as they take a fraction of their energy from the grid.

Between the 30% federal tax credit and other local incentives, solar has never made more sense for the City of Fountains.
